For community partners
Tell us about the kids you serve.
The Appleton Noon Optimist Club partners with Fox Valley schools, nonprofits, and youth groups. If your program needs funding, gear, or a crew of volunteers, we want to hear about it.
What we typically support
- Programs that directly serve children and teens in Appleton or the greater Fox Valley.
- Requests from schools, nonprofits, youth sports and arts groups, and community organizations.
- Specific, concrete needs — equipment, supplies, scholarships, transportation, or event costs.
- Projects where club members can also volunteer alongside your team.
Requests are reviewed by the club's board and service committee. Available funding varies through the year, so earlier is better — especially for anything tied to a school calendar or an event date.
What to include
1. Your organization
Name, what you do, who you serve, and a contact person with phone and email.
2. The need
What the support is for, how many young people it reaches, and the amount or the number of volunteers you are asking for.
3. The timeline
Any dates that matter — an event, a season, or a purchase deadline.
4. The outcome
How you will know it worked, and whether you can host club members for a visit or a presentation at a meeting.
Choose the support request topic on the contact form and it will reach the right committee member.

We love hearing how it went. Send photos and a short update and we will share the story with the club — and, with your permission, on our community impact page.
